I've been trying out a bunch of different recipes for Tropical Shakeology and I think I've narrowed it down to my favorite, and I wanted to share the recipe with you. Tropical Vegan Strawberry Shakeology has a bit of a chalky consistency compared to the Chocolate and Greenberry flavors, this is due to the Raw Sprouted and Bio-Fermented Brown Rice Protein. Shakeology can be used in so many different ways! I saw this recipe in Chalene Johnson's new book PUSH, which I highly recommend!
These little bite sized snacks are amazing! I made them last week and they disappeared in a few days, between family, friends and myself! I made a second batch and doubled the recipe, making about two dozen. They keep you full for a long period of time and at only 135 calories for two "cookies" how can you say no?!
